Steward was a blessing for our family in Albuquerque. His way of serving others and his humor made our family enjoy coming to AFBC. He served with my wife in Africa where they both became closer and the stories and photos of the people were special to her. Thank you for sharing Stewart with us we were truly blessed

Stewart was a sweet servant and gifted. It’s disappointing that he’” has gone too early, but so great that he was here, blessed us with his gifts and passions, and now that through faith and Christ’s achievements, he is reunited with our Holy Father. Thank you, Stewart, thank you God for Your image bearer, Stewart Linthicum.

Stewart your time with us at Unbridled was too short, but you made an impact that I know we’ll always carry with us. As I watched the slideshow before the service this morning I was most struck by the photos of the Manitou Incline. I remember you telling me of your plans to climb it, how you laughed when I asked why would you ever want to do that, and then on Monday after, your excitement as you told me about the experience. Just one of many wonderful conversations we shared. I will miss you so much Stewart.

Stewart – you truly were a one-of-a-kind human and I feel so blessed to have known you even if it was for way too short. I miss you so much. I miss our conversations, your witty comments and just you presence. You knew how to make every day fun and you always made me think about things in a different way and not just accept “what has to be” and that there always has to be a “WHY”. I strive to be even half the person you were. Rest easy, Stewie. Can’t wait to show you that I am still the MOST fun when we meet again <3

Stewart – you are a bright light and know you will continue to be for all of us who were touched by knowing you. Thank you for bringing humour and positivity to every day. I am so glad life brought you to Denver and our paths crossed at Unbridled. Life is fleeting, but you certainly made the most of yours. Sending lots of love to you and your family <3

Stewart gave his all in everything he did. I loved listening to his excitement as he came up with ideas and put them into action. He saw things in such a unique way. His passion for life was evident in his photography, laugh, daily activities and the work he did. I’m so thankful I was blessed enough to have known him. I will never forget the lasting impact he made on my life and will strive to see life through the same lens he did. Miss you Stewart!!!!

Stew, what a beautiful soul. Thank you for your friendship. We are all better for knowing you. Going to slow down a bit and take in the beauty you treasured all around us. Now save me a seat in heaven and we can have another spirited debate about Tex Mex vs “real” New Mexican food from Albuquerque….but we do agree we never turn down Mexican food no matter!

There was just something about Stewart. To know him was to love him. So kind, generous, and helpful, right along with his sarcastic tongue, sense of humor and charm. He was truly a beautiful soul. He was so much fun, and I don’t even think he realized, just how funny he really was!
Although we haven’t seen each other in some years, there was an immediate void in this world, and in our hearts the second we found out he was gone.
Megs took these pics of us “working” at the balloon fiesta, and it completely sums up our weeks there….Early mornings, laughter, love, and a whole lot of CHACO TACOS!
What beautiful pictures you are taking today in God’s Kingdom sweet Stewie. I bet they’re breathtaking. What an adventure you’ve been on. You dreamed, you leapt, and you soared. You are an inspiration to us precious friend, and are truly, truly missed.

Stewart, your smile, your spirit, your laughter, and your love! I think about those daily when I think about you and the human I strive to be. I only knew you for a short time, but you made those moments (whether at work, happy hour, or on an all-day Saturday fun-day) so much better! I will love, laugh, and live in your honor every day! I miss you Stewie, and I will drink all the sweet white wine today and forever! Cheers to our angel!

Stewart – thank you for bringing so much joy and light to Unbridled, and around the world! You were truly one of a kind and I am so grateful to have crossed paths, even if just for a short while. Rest easy <3
